At Lustraa Jewels, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of jewellery and hair accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Color variations caused by screen settings

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, customers are required to provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

Return Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

  1. Our team will review the submitted evidence.

  2. We may request additional information if required.

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If the wrong product was delivered or the item is found defective, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
